How long does it take to deliver a Silentnight mattress?

The standard delivery time is 3-5 working days, although this may vary depending on the item you purchase. Our team will contact you as soon as we have an estimated delivery date for your order

Do you remove old mattresses?

We offer the mattress removal service for AED 100. This can be pre-booked or arranged on the same day, with the old mattress ready for collection upon delivery

How do I return a mattress?

If for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your product and wish to return the item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

What is the 30 night comfort guarantee?

Our comfort exchange gives you 30 nights to get really comfortable before making a decision. If you're still not loving your new mattress within 30 nights from delivery, you can exchange it for another mattress. It's as simple as that.
